Our operation based in Bulwell has an exciting opportunity for an HR/Site Administrator (full-time maternity cover). This is an on site role supporting the HR Advisor and site with administrative duties.
38 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 08:15 - 17:00
Friday - 08:00 - 13:00
Responsibilities
- Support the HR Advisor with HR admin tasks including absence management, issuing contracts of employment and onboarding of new employees
- Supporting the time and attendance system liaising with payroll as and when required
- Answering calls and managing visitors including on site briefings
- Manage franking machine and postage
- General office admin support to the wider business as and when required
- Ad hoc admin tasks as and when required.
Core Skills
- Experience of working in a similar position
- Organised and meticulous with a high attention to detail
- Ability to respond to challenging customers in a polite and professional manner
- Motivated individual with a can do attitude
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
