HR/Site Administrator - Nasmyth Bulwell Added 28/7/2025

Our operation based in Bulwell has an exciting opportunity for an HR/Site Administrator (full-time maternity cover). This is an on site role supporting the HR Advisor and site with administrative duties.
38 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 08:15 - 17:00
Friday - 08:00 - 13:00

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Advisor with HR admin tasks including absence management, issuing contracts of employment and onboarding of new employees
  • Supporting the time and attendance system liaising with payroll as and when required
  • Answering calls and managing visitors including on site briefings
  • Manage franking machine and postage
  • General office admin support to the wider business as and when required
  • Ad hoc admin tasks as and when required.

Core Skills

  • Experience of working in a similar position
  • Organised and meticulous with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to respond to challenging customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Motivated individual with a can do attitude
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
